Money taken out from my bank. Recepient in Ghana did not receive £50 sent yesterday evening.

I used World Remit to send £50 to my cousin Benard Banning in Ghana yesterday. My bank have confirmed that the money has gone through (reference number 599387) however the intended recipient Benard Banning has not received the money.
