Mistakes

Incompetence of employees

Wednesday 11. 03. 20. At 14:05, in an interview with Telstra 'specialist', I placed an order for the mobile xiaomi mi9 6/128, who, after repeated inquiries, confirmed that this model is available in stock, completely dictating the letters that are needed. The next morning I receive the product and when I open the box, I see that it is not my model, but xiaomi mi9t 6/128, which is basically completely different from what I intended. I immediately called back Telstra 12. 03. 20. Around 11:24 and I said an error had occurred and the employee had mixed the equipment. After that, the specialist advised me to go to the nearest Telstra center to change it to my favorite model, but there was no mention that I would have to spend extra time and that it would be so complicated. I hadn't even unpacked or damaged the phone in any way and went to Shopping Mall Origo, stacijas laukums 2, Riga. In the first phone conversation with a specialist I was told that everything will be quick and easy, but it will not be. The Origo specialist said that the product would have to be returned and the contract terminated, so an appendix to the product return contract was printed out, which I immediately signed and received information that the information would be processed within an hour and a half and was recommended to arrive the next morning. I was also offered to make the first payment for the mi9 model and so I could leave with the new phone, but due to the fact that I already have another mobile phone for which I pay a monthly fee - everything, however, was canceled until the next day. The next day 13. 03. 20. I go after the new contract and the changed mobile (xiaomi mi9), where I am disappointed and report that the annex to the contract signed the previous day has not been approved with a 'tick' as printed and has simply been printed manually, which means that another employee has already repeatedly I have to approve my application for the return of the goods, which takes another 1. 5 hours. As I was not satisfied with this waiting time, I said that I would arrive at the end of the working day. I would like to complain about an employee who sent me a fake model, as well as a specialist who did not really know how to operate his system and independently negotiated with colleagues on how to proceed because he was not sure of himself. As a result, due to one mistake, I have measured the road and spent my time twice, and later there will be a third due to incompetent staff.
