Program isn’t working

-I cant import videos from my phone -the program is lagging after the new update and rendering -I cant speed up the footage I have using the special affects without the program not responding User’s recommendation: don’t buy it even if it did somehow work customer service is terrible.

Upgrade not working properly

Paid for Wondershare now wont work

Got a new iMac now Wondershare will not work. It is impossible to contact them. Im not paying for it again . User’s recommendation: good but service is a joke.
