Cartridges
I'll catch on to the advertising gimmicks. This institution even says on the window that the cartridges are refilled in 15 minutes. I waited a whole week for calls and inquiries (reservations of all kinds). I took the cartridges home, put them in the printer - the printer turns all the pages red. When I called again and told about the problem, the answer was "overdose red. Print 20-30 pages with something red, everything should be fine, or bring the cartridge to us, we will return the excess from the cartridge". Think - to go run! will survive, but will never use the company's services again.
