I’m being made to pay for sending back the items I was wrongly shipped twice?

I ordered a Tudor Watch twice and they sent me the wrong watch twice? Even though they had a picture of the watch I wanted? And then they wanted me to pay to ship them back? User’s recommendation: Don’t order from Wish because they’re customer service is terrible!

This company has lousy phone communications. There is none. How is a customer supposed to return anything? I think this company is a RIP off and will never deal with them again!
