Incorrect order deliver..

I ordered 4 . 3piece wall flower pot mounts at $16 for 3 (12) I paid $68 including postage. I received only 4 single brackets. Now I can’t find anyway to contact wish to rectify this. There is only refund or return options and no link for a wrong order. User’s recommendation: Be aware.
