incompetent and careless staff

The entire amount in the account was transferred to the bailiff. The employee (guy) (26. 09. 2017) was not very kind and claimed that the money came into my account twice in September. I would like to know - who will answer for this now? If a person carelessly performs its darbu- he should lay off, OK, that bailiffs dates well sees them... Thank you for the humane treatment and lax work provider bug fixes.
