Poor customer service
Customer service at this company is under every criticism! I called to place an order, but we didn't really agree on what would be ordered. When we finally decided and placed an order, I asked exactly how many sauces we had for 56 pcs. I would answer, I answered that exactly 3 pcs, which I of course made a claim to and asked: if I ordered only one set with 8 pcs, I would get the sauce... whole? To which I was told that the set (8 pcs.) Only deserves half a sauce and what are you calling here and wasting our time!? I say I call and pay for my money, but they answer,that the call is paid by them and half an hour is arranged and this the event has cost them very dearly. For this answer, that this is the last time I would order something from them! What does the cameraman say to me: but why, is everything so delicious for us?! Would you like to order more from this company after all this??
