I keep getting unwanted calls from 757-280-**** and want them to stop! You must know these people are scammers – put an end to giving them numbers!
With the service for 10+ years without needing much from company, just basic phone service. When switching to another company, then you are hit with charges.
An Agent lied to me about the amount! Another Associate tried to double charge me. The saddest thing is, they took my money and did not restore my service the same day! User’s recommendation: Search for a different company.
I called to pay my son’s bill, and they tried to double charge me, shame on them! I called back to speak to a supervisor and they said to no avail. User’s recommendation: Do not make customers feel your service was unprofessional.

I have to use it to work from home because no company, government contractor or otherwise, will authorize satellite internet. their upload speeds are atrocious.
