They are screwed up no wonder they are in backruptcy

I added a phone line to my business account. They provided the number and they can port their own number. Then called them and 2 times already they just hang up. Resolved: Downhill since 1993 – rock bottom now as can’t even get technician out

Original review posted by user Apr 01, 2021 Called 3/25 with internet problems (dropping services, having to unplug, replug, reboot hourly; .03 MB upload). Given appt for 3/30. Paying for high speed internet and not getting it

Paying for high speed which is considered 25 Mbps plus getting billed another $10 a month for ” Loyal internet plan 25 Mbps , my speed is 13 Mbps User’s recommendation: Check your speed.
