Treatment of children
We flew on a flight from Monaco to Melbourne, BT696, where the little girls played with each other in the aisle. On behalf of the flight attendant, Liga was already frustrated when her aisle was disturbed due to the children... until at one point she grabbed the children by the hand and jerked. Unfortunately, my nerves could not stand it either and I started to yell at her literally, to which the answer in their chairs... so I have a question, either Liga doesn't have her own children or what's the problem, but unfortunately the children don't sit in the chairs for 3 hours... very unkind attitude towards children and intolerance... it's a pity that AuAir works such a responsive person!
