Cannot get my phone to accept voice mail

Cannot understand/communicate Customer Service reps

I called concerning my bill increases over the last year. Last June bill was $154.31 now $178.35 !! Trying to find also about new Internet Charges that go into effect June 1st. Been a customer for years ! User’s recommendation: Ask to speak to someone who you can understand.
