Misleads customers

The product appears in the online store. Of course it is ordered. But when 2 days have passed, a message appears stating that the shipment has been canceled. When I communicate via info phone it says that the devices are not at all.. beautiful. There is no Christmas present, the money will only be transferred within 5 days. Well, it is not professional to deceive. The company is large enough to mark a product as sold out in time...
