Poor service

Private. I am looking for a rental apartment. In the Ss. com ad I found it as appropriate. The advertisement did not indicate that the apartment would not be vacated from the owner's belongings. The broker was responsive and agreed to show the apartment after working hours, but was given 5 minutes to view and decide, with the remark that the next client would go to see immediately. As a result, all the closets are full of belongings, the space allotted to me is not even half as much as the housewife's belongings. After signing the contract and paying the money, the broker quickly leaves us and the hostess starts telling me that in addition I will have to pay taxes and return the key to one of her apartments to her girlfriend. Call the broker, explain to the landlord that it should not. The answer is roughly - deal with it yourself. I got the money and I don't care further.
