Ordered a summerhouse but was informed it wasn’t deliverable to my postcode.

As above. Apparently the transportation costs to Scotland are prohibitive! This was very disappointing as I live in mainland Scotland and have received several items from Wayfair in the past. Its not the fault of Wayfair but perhaps they should contact the suppliers of these goods or change their suppliers. I keep getting emails from Wayfair advertising... Read more➤

The transport company that Wayfair use do not deliver to certain postcodes because of the cost apparently. Wayfair replied to my complaint and I will now pursue this with Tiger Sheds.

I ordered a Summer House through Wayfair but was informed that the company supplying the item didnt deliver to my postcode due to prohibitive transport costs. Replacement chair being sent as there is something wrong with the machining of the current one. Operating instructions also requested as to how the tilt mechanism should operate. User’s recommendation: Will wait to submit recommendation to see if the tilt mechanism on the replacement chair works.
