Resolved: Wayfair has HORRIBLE business ethics regarding cancellation of an order and generally a lack of description on their pages about what is in stock and how materials will be shipped

Damaged order and did not receive 2 chairs

Only received 2 chairs when ordered 4 and the box that was received was damaged and has a damaged chair and missing bolts User’s recommendation: Have a customer service line with a person on it.

I ordered three furniture items, but I was never sent any confirmation emails about the orders. So, I go to the website, sign in, and it says I have NO orders at all. The issue was resolved but they could have price match , instead i have to pay for return and buy again.

I purchased a curio, after 3 days the price was reduced. I called them to let them know and can refund the difference. But the way fair representative could not do that.
