Resolved: Wayfair has HORRIBLE business ethics regarding cancellation of an order and generally a lack of description on their pages about what is in stock and how materials will be shipped

Update by user Jun 08, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The issue was resolved by a lovely rep = Lakesha - the US. she was polite efficient and professional. Resoled it instantly - the Canadian reps havent even bothered to contact me! I would probably still b fighting with them!.
