Trying to locate the 14-day challenge app

See my subject line…I did NOT sign pissed customer! I dont know where that signature came from, but I am not upset. Just wanted the 14-day challenge page, Thank you, Lorraine Diebels User’s recommendation: Avoided buying for years! I am very happy to now own such a good tool! Much better with Bridges in getting cleaned!

Denial of replacement due to water leak

Their water piks don’t last. I am on my third one and now needing to buy a fourth. They have the warranty timing just right to know when the water piks will start having issues. User’s recommendation: Consider other competitors; read reviews.

Incorrect part was sent to me for my wp-60w waterpik

My Waterpik wp-60w leaks bad at the handle. I called and ordered a new handle ($25) and received a replacement part that is for some other model. Replacement part 2001**** does not fit my model. This should have been a warranty item in my mind. What must I do to get Waterpik to take this part back... Read more➤

Valve in water bin was leaking. They promptly sent me a package of two at no charge. Excellent customer service. User’s recommendation: Buy without reservation.
