Just purchased a new cc-01-cc-02 water pick

Purchased for my wife with end stage Parkinson’s; she wanted ti see a video for instructions; the only video was in German . I am not surprised; after all this is the USA.

My waterpic only works on low settings.

My waterpic only works on a low setting. When I raise to a higher setting it makes a loud noise but doesn’t work. Thank you, gary adzima.

I am having problems woth my waterpick floser

No water is coming out for a long time.I have to keep playing around with it to make the water come out.I have had this same problem in the past with the same waterpick floser.It keeps happening.What can I do?
