Only way to make request is via phone. They NEVER answer the phone, perpetual hold. They suck and I am pissed. User’s recommendation: This company should be investigated by tri-state commission and replaced.
Customer service representatives do not answer the phone. I do not have an additional 100 symbols to contribute. This bit of the customer service experience is as horrible as the other bits. User’s recommendation: If you had a choice go to another company.
I called and held on for 35 minutes then the phone cut off. So, I then went to the website and called customer service, stayed on fir over 3o minutes then it cut off. SMH User’s recommendation: Your automated service isn’t proficient so go back to live people!
The wait time to talk to someone to start service at new place is 300 minutes. Online it says request cannot be processed. Call 844-927-****. Frustrating. User’s recommendation: Improve your website to be more consumer friendly.
I have been on the phone for three days trying to get through to a customer service representative….and still have not gotten through…when I did get someone they said they could not hear me and disconnected the call….what is the problem User’s recommendation: Don’t know….who can you complain to….all you get is recordings.
