Poor Service
I do not recommend anyone to buy airline tickets at avionet.org service. I selected and paid for the tickets on this site and the next day, from the beginning I received an e-mail with a message that the service was successfully paid. I later received part of the money (not the full amount) back in my bank account with the note that it is a refund for airline tickets. When calling and communicating with the site's "consultant", I received a vague answer that the site had a technical problem and the money for the tickets was returned to the buyer's account. Okay, but the amount was not refunded in full. To my comment, the consultant (Armands, if I'm not mistaken) answered quite kindly that he didn't need my money, but the commission was deducted from the amount and if I really need it, he will still transfer the amount withheld. (The site rules do not state that due to the fault of the service provider / unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be refunded a partial amount). But, of course, I haven't received anything like that, no one answers my emails. There is a very negative impression about communication with the service provider. I realized that it is better not to buy airline tickets through intermediaries :(
