Almost a year ago, I informed store manager concerning no electrical carts available. There are 2 very large Senior Mobile home parks across street and we are not able to shop at Vons. Very poor service
Entering the cafe, we asked how long to wait, said min.20-30, we decided to wait. We sat at the table, we didn't pay any attention, after 15 minutes we asked the menu ourselves so we could already choose a pizza! We sat for 20 minutes. again we didn't care about anyone, the waiters passed 3 ×, we said we had chosen, but we didn't stop! We got up and walked away, talking to the shift senior, who listened with a grin, could not answer anything related, "that it is because there are only 3 people working in the hall! "4 tables were occupied inside, at least on our side everyone was free! The attitude is just super,thanks for the spoil I wonder if you have so few visitors.
