My contract ended in December 2020; I called to cancel the contract however 6 months later a debit order still goes off on my account and I am told that I will not be assisted until I pay the amount in arrears which I do not owe. I fully regret signing that contract.
We had to wait 1 full week for sim swap to be done. We also constantly had to call the branch for feedback as they never kept their promise to call us back. We so disappointed as we’ve been with Vodacom for 20 years now
My phone is not receiving calls, Ive been contacting Vodacom and even tried the self service online but the options availed do not assist/address my problem. Apparently my number does not exist on the Vodacom network, but Im able to make (outgoing)calls

Never send any emails to this company of thawed idiots! I was just painting about some insignificant nuances in their offer, but now they are haunting me with countless offers, stupid advertisements, sick calls... - it's just madness! The saying comes to mind - because shit touches, because shit stinks. And that is exactly my experience with this corner firmel. I do not recommend to anyone.
