Terrible customer service and inflexibility

I ordered White Sox tickets for a Wednesday and really needed them for a Tuesday and they couldn’t help me despite the tickets being sold by Ticketmaster. User’s recommendation: Just use ticket master instead of these con-jockeys ……. they are useless.
