I have not received my order from over a month ago

I placed an order and never got it, and Im still waiting to hear back from anyone. The customer service is awful and Im so frustrated and cant even explain how disappointed I am. I would like to speak to a representative

I still haven’t used it since we have had to leave our residence because of no electric, water or heat..staying with friends..left in a hurry..but the company gave me the instructions for using I asked for User’s recommendation: Cannot say anything about the product yet but the company did provide information and was pleasant to me.
