Poor service and attitude towards employees
The level of service is very low. Customers are called by all possible names. The company's employees are constantly changing because they are being cheated. Minimum wage + "interest" in envelopes. Employees are always accounted for, of course, in favor of the company. New employees are promised one, but in reality do not fulfill even half. If an employee is ill for three days, these days are counted as leave so as not to leave any employee on normal leave. There are unsanitary conditions in the office. Boxes with rotten food for the owner, staff rooms are filled with the owner's old clothes. Every year in the spring / summer, rats run around the office, which from time to time have eaten poison somewhere between the wall or the floor and the finish, and stink terribly when blown. Employees must sit in such rooms. The office premises are always cold and instead of providing the premises with additional heaters, the owners have to dress up in three jackets and as market grandmothers have to sit in the office and serve customers. The company takes trainees through EU funds from vocational schools, receives a decent amount of money for trainees, but instead of working with trainees and teaching them on an internship program, they are not dealt with at all, they only crumble jobs and use them as "cheap" labor. salary is not paid.
