UNABLE TO ACESS A DEBIT CARD BY HEARTGARD

I called to activate the debit card. They spoke by telephone &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; their web site that the card is invalid. I spent TIME trying to get the issue resolved. NO resolution! Not sure if the issue is with AVISA OR HEARTGARD.

Good Company But Need To Cut Ties With Barclays

Barclays is a garbage company that is dragging down the Visa name by their incompetence, rudeness and arrogance. I think less of Visa based on their partnership with Barclays but would think more of them if they divorced them.
