What sort of Company does not have a contact number or live chat?????????? I am not able to access site on any other tablets, mobiles I have and cannot retrieve forgotten password as will not send to email.

Buyers protection

If an item is sold on Vinted (for example a pair of Jordans) but when they are authenticated it turns out they are replicas am I entitled to a refund?
