Old account closed by vinted and funds taken

I opened a vinted account at the end of 2019 and uploaded several items. Three of them were sold and the money stayed in my vinted account. I decided to upload some more items recently only to discover the items I uploaded before have disappeared and so have the funds. Plus it says account only just open

My item was delayed by the wrong label being sent to me and nobody accepting it at several shops.
