Refusal to cancel an erroneous payment

I made a payment to another American bank with an erroneous amount. In this case, I applied for the cancellation of the payment. I will soon receive a refusal with the answer that this is a paid service (I was already informed about this by leasing), will cost 50 dollars (local payment?)
