Whole butter

At the moment, there seem to be some kind of monkey, not humans. I have ordered a product for myself, I have paid for everything and am waiting for delivery, I have written an interest in them myself to ask around how many I will receive, in return I will receive an answer that I will not receive at all because they no longer have such a product. What is irresponsibility? I waited 3 days, did not receive any news that the product would not be available. A complete butter is not an online store, what you will save there will be spent on nerve medicine when buying something.
