Hello, last week I went to the alpha Telstra center to give a phone warranty. The woman who served me had to do two simple things, she told me to turn off find my iphone so that the phone could be sent for warranty and repaired, which she also checked and confirmed was done. Now I am writing from the Mttc service and saying that it is not done. The second thing she had to do was change the connection. I mentioned it at least 5 times during the service, I made sure several times that it would be done. I wanted to connect the youth tariff, where there is unlimited internet and in order to connect this connection, it is necessary to go to the Telstra center and do it in person by presenting identity documents. At the end of the conversation, this woman confirmed that the youth unlimited connection will be connected during this day. As I walked away, I was given a new phone that I could use while my phone was being repaired. I couldn't check the connection right away because the phone had to be installed. Then I came home and checked the connection tariff in the Telstra application, I mysteriously have some 2 pcs connected, which I didn't even ask. What can Telstra employees get paid for? Because they do not perform their job, what quality of service they have, why should I waste my time and perform their duties? I'm very frustrated and plan to go to AuMobile!
