Fraud, poor service

On Sunday, January 17, 2018, I ordered speakers for my computer. On Monday, January 18, 2018, I called, confirmed the shipment, received an invoice, which I paid immediately. On Wednesday I went to the online store, looking at the ordered goods - condition: waiting for payment. I wrote the email because I couldn't call because they only work until 18:00. I work on weekdays. I did not receive answers, nor the goods. Order data lost in the online store. You will have to go to the police.
