Double check with local tour operators if they hold booking as soon as the voucher is issued

My viator voucher is not taking me anywhere. Local agent in. Bali refuses to honour voucher stating that they did not receive a booking instruction from viator and they do not have the booking reference on the voucher.

Never never use Viator. Cancelled and never got my refund.

Booked a tour in Port Limon. Cancelled due to an emergency Nov.5. Rebooked Nov 16. Never got my refund for the cancellation so I ended up paying twice. Did not know that my refund had not gone through until after the fact. Impossible to contact them. I am a senior like so many of their customers. Disgusted!!!

STAY AWAY!! Viator is not responding or refund amount which has been already refunded from hotel

Hotel approved a refund due to bad service and terrible experience and already refunded Viator but they are not responding to their emails or calls in order to process the refund to me.
