Your internet service has always been inadequate to be polite. Your reviews are mostly 1 star due to your terrible latency, speeds and data limits. Viasat is charging me for the modem I returned

Returned the modem via / ups I have a tracking number that I gave to Viasat. I spoke to 3 Viasat people and no can help. They hire all foreigners User’s recommendation: Do use Viasat . They are horrible.

I never heard from Viasat about the modem I returned to them via UPS THE ARE STILL CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD $ 150

Never heard back from Viasat. This is a problem even when I spoke to one of their reps

Returned the modem to UPS like they said I have a receipt with a a tracking number and they are still charging my credit card $150 for not returning the modem . I spoke with 3 individual idiots and no results. I mean idiots

WORST INTERNET EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLY SLOW SPEED AND NOTHING BUT BUFFERING AND SPINNING CIRCLES. THE WI-FI STOPPED WORKING TOTALLY. TRIED TO FIX OVER THE PHONE. I WAS ABLE TO HARD WIRE FOR MY SLOW SPEED, BUT STILL NO WI-FI. THEY COMPLETELY LOCKED MY ROUTER (COULD NOT EVEN HARD WIRE) TOLD ME I HAD TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR A SERVICE CALL.... Read more➤
