Poor Service
Tomorrow, April 30, I expired my credit card. In my online banking, I chose the option that a new card will arrive in the mail to my home address. One day left until the card expires, but the card still has not arrived. I call the ScandinavianBank info phone three days in a row. All three times I did this and failed to talk to a specialist. Wait up to 15 minutes for connections. I also called via skype, but there was also no way to expect a connection with a specialist. Simply terrible customer service!
