Soles aren’t durable enough

Im on my second pair of the everyday shoes and the soles keep wearing through about every 3 months. I love the shoes but I cant keep replacing them. Do any of your shoes have rubber soles instead of the foam? User’s recommendation: If you don’t plan on wearing them every day then they are amazing shoes.

Unble to return shoes

I received my shoes in the mail. They are not a good fit for me. When I tried to return them using they return page, it kept saying that they could not find my order number.There is no way to contactd anyone by phone. Very frustrated.

No refund during covid sale?

I am very unhappy with these shoes. There is absolutely NO arch support, as promised. I want a refund! They refuse due to my purchase being a pandemic sale. Talk about taking advantage of people during the worst of times. Not impressed. User’s recommendation: Do not buy.

Provide a customer service telephone number rather than just by email!!!

Trying to get a return shipping label to return of the 2 pair of Vessi shoes I recently purchased. The Return Label did not print during the return process online
