*SOLVED

Ordered Platinum package with printer. Software has interfered with other programs including windows 7. 3 MICR ink cartridiges failed after about 20 checks each. Company will not stand behind any product after 30 days including multiple cartridge failures. Customer service argues and talks in circles and will not return phone calls. They said I need to get...
