Veridian refuses to mail statements

– Been a customer using PAD since 2005 and was sent monthly statements – Changed banks in 2013, did miss payments during transition, Veridian would no longer take PAD – Since 2013 not one bill has been mailed to us by Veridian – They periodically hand deliver a cut off notice, with a 30$ charge for delivery...
