Poor service
IKEA furniture sales. Problematic service. Goods were ordered with on-site receipt (at their office). Call after a week, as indicated in the deadlines, the product is ready to pick up to pick up. I say I'm going abroad, I can take it out in a week, it doesn't work, I have to drive now. Ok, I left, half of the order is still not found. Promise next week to deliver the rest to your home. Ok, I pay, not satisfied going away (check not issued). Next week, the promised day has arrived, no news. Call yourself, ask to send info to the email I make. After a while, the answer is that not everything you can order can be received, because it is no longer possible to buy in Poland. Ok, for items I can't buy I ask for a refund and the rest to still be delivered on the offered date. Date arrives, no call. The call itself, however, has not brought the product, will be so sometime there.. Next week, no money, no product. Article emails do not respond. Call again. Again, it takes time to find out what the order is. Ok, deducting the money, but you will find out about the remaining product immediately and give a message. Well, which day, there is no news. No calls, no emails. Miracle that the money was deducted. I wrote the email, no messages. Conclusion, communication with the client under each criticism. I do not recommend. It is not worth spending your time, go faster and buy in the store. John
