Complaints & Reviews — Venicom

I used the services of the company Venicom Inc, but I was really disappointed with it as well as I lost about $300. I contacted the agent and told him that I searched for the mobile plan. He offered me the phone and plan, which would cost $60 per month. It was great sum, so I agreed.... Read more➤

Poor help, or rather no help.

Hello! I have a son who is 5 years old. He recently contracted laryngitis. We went to the family doctor, who prescribed us medication for treatment and arranged the next visit in two days. After two days it was a little better, but suddenly the high temperature started at 39. 7, I was afraid that the laryngitis would still have the flu, so I called the family doctors and agreed that I would go to the hospital with my son. I have not heard any complaints about Hobart Hospital and we were already there so I decided to go there. We went to Hobart and registered in the hospital (in the evening), my son was given a system, told to drink nurofen, cough syrup and it was written in the papers that a vibrocil was dropped into his nose, although he never dropped it. Tests were performed for the flu to make sure there was or was not, the answer was negative, there was no flu, but a dose of the flu medicine was given. The next morning we woke up feeling better for the son (due to the systems) 37 °, waiting for the doctor. Around 11, the doctor comes and obeys whether or not the child is making noise. After 10 minutes the nurse enters and applies the system. At the same time, the doctor tells me that the child is completely healthy and asks the nurse why the medicine is given to a healthy child. The nurse removes the system, removes the catheter and leaves. The doctor tells you you are healthy, you can drive home and prescribe flu drugs that are not cheap 23eur and go. (As I mentioned, we did not have the flu and did not, but the doctor said that it was for prevention if we were once advised to drink so that we could take a course). Well, I don't call a friend to pick me up and go after the statement, as well as to ask about the sick page that I need because I work. I go to the reception where I am told that they do not write a medical certificate for one day and they do not give an extract because it is given by a doctor. Well, nothing. In the end it was said that the medical history would be sent to the child's family doctor. I came home and after two days I go to the family doctor who announces that the child will not be able to go to the garden for at least another two weeks because he is sick and seriously ill (it is not visible from the outside, cheerful and smiling) but it turns out that the child had to start taking antibiotics in the hospital. were bad in the analyzes, but when we were discharged they were even worse, on the critical edge. Of course the child also has noises and must hurry to breathe ventolins and flixotids. (the child has been diagnosed with asthma) we have already started taking antibiotics and breathing what needs to breathe, but there is a risk that the child may have pneumonia. And it's all just becausethat the doctor who examined us and "threw him" out of the hospital was careless and unprofessional. I apologize for my words, but I don't think it's normal, my son is only 5 years old and because of the doctor's unprofessional attitude, he's on the verge of staying better (or we haven't started taking antibiotics too late) or he's getting pneumonia. p>
