Fraud, I paid money but no internet
I bought AuMobile prepaid internet. At first it worked ok, leens but ok. When I renewed the card online, the money was accepted but then I was told that the term had expired even though I chose a week as a new one. He then switches to a megabyte charge, then to a daily charge, and finally back for a week. There is no internet either. It is written that the service is not connected. I write to their customer service and they say “how watching and letting me know. ” When will I get an answer? They don't know. Well I hope that by next year they will be able to type in a searcher for one phone number and find out what's wrong. Meanwhile, the internet at the tram stop is faster than the AuMobile "paid aatro" internet. Save money and go to better use of stop wifi. Lower price (free) and better speed.
