Promises a lot, but does practically nothing. Our house has been managed for several years, collects so much money, buys fine cars, rents fine apartments in the city center, bills with errors. It is as if a renovation project has been prepared, but no details are provided. I asked for a detailed report on the management expenses spent, no answer. Minutes of home general meetings are hidden, not shown. The savings must be transferred to the association's account in accordance with the management agreement, but this is not done!
