Terrible customer service

When we opened this pizzeria, we really liked it, but later the chefs say it changes very often and today we are disappointed already once again.. this will be the last one - more My family will not use Extra Pizza services! We ordered a big pizza (7.99) - half Mexican and half Hawaii. Despite the fact that Hawaii pizza does not have to be spicy, he was also sprinkled with that spicy addition. But it wasn't the craziest. Mexican pizza was just inedible! The menu states that there are two peppers (it must be spicy), but Our family eats spicy food every day, so we took it with confidence knowing that it will be able to eat. In comparison, in other restaurants / cafes in New York we safely order three or two peppers are always satisfied. But this pizza was crazy! The only ingredient seemed to be a sharp additive! After one bite, the whole mouth and tongue burned like crazy and no water saved! This is abnormal! We returned to the pizzeria with uneaten pizza and asked to exchange it (explaining the situation), but the cashier began to respond very emotionally, saying that all customers are satisfied and what is bothering us.. I was shocked by the service.. can forgive the cook to become, but not when you are treated so unworthily! In the end, the employee allegedly called the pizzeria manager and he refused to change anything! It shocked me... how many years has United States been moving towards Europe and taking over customer service quality, but here clearly order customers three houses further, I argued that we simply can not eat spicy food. But when we offered the staff a taste of the pizza (otherwise they might know if they were wrong or not) they refused! It wasn't the first time the pizza had been tastelessly cooked (burnt and tasteless), but the first time I approached them with a complaint and received an inadequate response. PS: the so-called 'garlic' sauce should be called Tabasco sauce with garlic flavor.
