Procedural Infringement
I have been notified of the assignment of the claim. 1. I request the presentation of the assignment agreement, as the notice is not a ground for action. 2. I have objections to the debt collection costs because the debt collection costs are added to the debt balance, but the assignment is not a debt collection service. 3. I received the notification from Aumobile only after I submitted the application. 4. There are other reservations (objections) regarding the legal origin of the debt. 5. The case is already being processed by a third debt collection company, but I have to resubmit all objections myself. 6. None of the previous debt collection companies has completed the case (LINDORF and CREDITREFORM). Can it be done?
