Very Poor 4G Home Internet

For months, Telstra 4G home Internet has simply been scary. I live in the center of Melbourne, on the 5th floor, there is always a maximum signal on the router, but the Internet Knapi is moving forward. It takes me half an hour to watch a YouTube video that is 3-4 minutes long, and it will also be at its maximum in 360p quality, otherwise the internet will open it even more slowly. 19. 99 a month for such madness, no page can be opened for me without a long wait.
