I have been on hold for over an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous! There customer service is horrible. With all the technology out there, they should call me back! User’s recommendation: Goto Fidelity.
I have found Vanguard’s on-line program to be garbage. There is no way to email the company. I’ve called and end up being on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a call back. All I need is a change of address form, but even after promising, Vanguard has yet to deliver that to me.
