Poor nonexistent service

AVOID apartment communities that make you pay for valet living. Since the implementation here rodents and bugs are a problem because they don’t pick up. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY SERVICE YOUR COMMUNITY

They consistently fail to pick up the trash when they are supposed to. I pay $50 a month for this service that turns my apartment community into a literal dumpster, with multiple people’s trash sitting in the hallways.
