USTEK – Shockingly bad, the poorest of customer service and delivered 6 prototypes 13 weeks late and only 2 functioning!

After several backwards and forwards e-mail exchanges, including sending Gerber files and a few pjhone calls, USTEK confirmed that they can do the job. We then placed an order with them for the manufacture 6 x prototypes of our RETRIEVOR GPS tracking device on April 24th 2015. This was on a 7 week delivery shedule as quoted... Read more➤
