They are Refusing to Refund a Subscription Fee

$49.97 debited from our checking account, twice 9/27 and 10/28 Called in to ask for a refund the first time I was promised a full refund. I never joined USA acorn insider and would like a refund on the charges. User’s recommendation: Be aware of being charged without your permission.
